Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, you have the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during fourteen days. This period commences on the day after the product was received.
During this period you will treat the product and its packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product.If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will return the product to Wannekes, with all associated components, and – in as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging.Do you want to return the purchased product within 14 days after receipt of the order? A returned product will only be considered if it is undamaged, complete with all associated components, and – as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging. It is therefore wise to keep the original packing box, so that you can use it again to return the goods.
When we have received the goods you will receive a confirmation. Within two weeks we will refund the sum you paid for your purchase, shipping costs are excluded of the refund.
