Returning
Orders placed at Wannekes are subject to a 7-day cooling off
period following receipt of the delivered products, unless otherwise
provided for. The customer is entitled to return the ordered
product without stating grounds, provided the conditions as
mentioned in the terms of use article 6.

Do you have a question or a complaint after the 7-day cooling
off about the product you bought at Wannekes, please contact
us. The legal guarantee period differs by product.

How do you shop at Wannekes?
By choosing the different categories in the menu at the left-hand
side of the site you search for the desired products. If you
have found a product you click on the button ' add to cart'.
Afterwards you can choose for ' back' to shop for more nice
products or for ' check out'. Checking out is explained in some
clear steps. If the product is not on stock it is ordered especially
for you. Your order is confirmed by e-mail. By e-mail you are
keeping informed about the status of your order.
