3D fabric was the inspiration for the design of the tablecloth "Feeling Directions". Samira Boon designed this damask set in 2007 for the Textile Museum. By working with textiles she is fascinated by the interaction between bond and yarns. She sees this as an opportunity to design high innovative textiles and using all the possibilities the Jacquard technique offers. Applying 3D reliefs in different kinds of structures gives the tablecloth an unusual, innovative look. It is mainly the bond technique and its application which are responsible for this surprising design. Including 6 napkins. Each tablecloth comes in a lovely gift box.
